With an Activity Sales Report you can see how many types of activity have been booked, (not necessarily paid) and their revenue over a date range. You can also filter the activities by resource type.
STEP 1: Head to reports and click the New Report button in the top right. Select Activity Sales report and then give it an appropriate name and description.
STEP 2: Create the columns: Event Date (and time if preferred), Activity Name, Activity Amount, selecting the Total box too (C) and optionally Resources if you have more than one. For Activity Name make sure you tick Summarise (B) to count all the same activities together. When the report is generated this will create a third column that will count the number of activities together. You can then set the heading for this column above the data selection (A).
STEP 3: For the filters, select a venue (if applicable) and the choose which date you would like to filter the results by either by the Date of the Event or the Date when the booking was created.
STEP 5: You can then optional set any other filters, like if you have multiple resources, the Resource filter. Set the report permissions and then Save your report.
You now have report to show you the sales and amounts of your products, filtered by a specified date.
