Terms and Briefing Video

Clicking Terms will take you to the page where you can create participant's Registration Waivers for activities plus add an optional short briefing video. 

You can also create Booking terms for those making the booking and web shop purchase terms. 

Registration waiver During Registration each participant will need to accept the Registration waiver. For participants under a certain age Counter Signature Terms and Conditions will apply. The age at which a counter signatory is required is configured in your Venue Settings.   The Counter Signature Terms will appear whenever someone is registering a person who is under a specific age, explaining that they are accepting the registration waiver on behalf of the participant. This can be quite short e.g.  "Children (9 – 17 years) must be signed for by a Responsible Adult. You must have permission from the child's legal guardian to counter sign on their behalf." This will be triggered for anyone who registers who is under the age set in the Venue’s Counter Signatory age. This is set in your Venue's Settings. Briefing Page After the registration terms comes the briefing page. This is where you can outline the safety precautions and simple instructions to your customers. You can also upload a registration video to play after your briefing notes.  This must be no more than 85mb in size. If you need help with your video or it is too big, please contact the Support Team who will be able to re-encode the video for use on websites, without diminishing the quality of the video. The customer will not be able to skip the video or leave the page whilst the video is playing. You will be able to see the signatures under the registrations on the booking.

Booking terms The Booking Terms and Conditions are for the person who is making the booking (not necessarily taking part in the activity e.g. a parent) Web shop purchase terms The Web shop purchase terms are for any purchases from your web shop.
