Booking Reports can report on any event that has been entered into the diary, whether provisional, confirmed, cancelled or deleted.
The following data fields are available to create the columns in a Bookings Report.
| Event Date Time | The date of the event |
| Event Date | The date and start time of the event |
| Event Month | The month of the event |
| Event Week | The week number of the event |
| Booking Taken Date Time | The Date and time the booking was created |
| Booking Taken Date | The Date the booking was created |
| Booking Taken Month | The month the booking was created |
| Booking Taken Week | The week the booking was created |
| Venue | Shows the venue associated this data |
| Resource | The resource associated with this item |
| Resource Configuration | The resource's configuration (if appliable) associated with this item |
| Customer Name | The customer's full name |
| Company Name | The name of the company associated |
| Activity ID | The Activity's unique URL as shown on flow.alphatiming.co.uk |
| Activity Name | The Activity concerned |
| Web Booking | Returns the value TRUE if the booking was made via the web |
| Bill Number | The Bill number associated |
| Affiliate | The affiliate used during the booking (if any) |
| Total Amount | Shows the amount for the booking |
| Total Paid | Shows the total amount of what has been paid |
| Total Outstanding | Shows the amount outstanding for the booking |
| Discount Amount | The total amount of discount |
| Number of Registrations | The number of people registered for this activity |
| Cancelled | Will return TRUE if the booking was cancelled |
| Cancelled by | The User who cancelled the booking (will return Online-Booking if this was autocancelled by the system) |
| Web Booking Status | Shows whether the web booking is cancelled |
| Promotion | The name of any promotion used with this booking |
Bookings Reports can use the following filters:
- Venue: List of venues
- Event Date
- Booking Taken Date
- Resource: List of Resources
- Activity Name
- Web Booking: Yes/No
- Payment Status: Unpaid, Part Paid, Unpaid or Part Paid, Fully Paid
- Affiliate: List of Affiliates
- Cancelled: Yes/No/Both
- Promotion: List of Promotions
- Booking Taken Hour (0-23)
