Products Sales reports on Alpha Flow

Products Sales reports refer to every product that has been sold on the system. The following columns are available for Product Sales Reports.

Bill Number	The Bill number associated
Company Name	The name of the company associated
Total Paid	Shows the total amount of what has been paid
Accounting Category	If you have set an accounting category on the product this will be shown on the report
Accounting Department	If you have set an accounting department on the product this will be shown on the report
Customer Name	The customer's full name
Bill Date	The Date the Bill was created
Bill Date Time	The Date and time the Bill was created
Description	The description of the product or payment
Bill Month	The month the Bill was created
Bill Week	The week the Bill was created
Event Date	The date of the event
Device	The device on which the product was sold
Discount	The total amount of discount
Fee	The total amount of Fees on the bill
Gross Bill Total	The gross total of all items on the bill including any tax
Payment Date	The date the payment was made
Gross Item Total	The gross total of all quantities of this item on the bill including any tax
Item Description	The description of the product
Item Total Tax	The total tax of that item
Net Bill Total	The total of all items on the bill excluding any tax
Payment Date Time	The date and time the payment was made
Net Item Total	The total of all quantities of this item on the bill excluding any tax
Nominal Code	If you have set a nominal code on the product this will be shown on the report
Payment Month	The month the payment was made
Payment Week	The week the payment was made
Product Name	The name of the Products sold
Promotion Name	The name of any promotion used with a product
Quantity	Number of those products associated with the bill
Sold By	Shows the name of the user who sold the product
Tax	Shows the amount of tax for that product
Tax Rate	Shows the tax rate of the product
Venue	Shows the venue associated this data
Unit Price	Shows the individual price of the product
Web Shop	Returns the value TRUE if the bill was made via the web shop

Products Sales reports can use the following filters:

Venue: List of venues
Bill Date
Payment Taken Date
Event Date (or bill date if non event bill)
Product Category: dropdown of categories
Product Category Name: dropdown of categories
Device Name
Accounting Category
Accounting Department
Nominal Code
Web shop purchase: Yes/No
Promotion: List of Promotions
