Activity Sales reports refer to any Activity Format that has been sold. The following columns are available for Activity Sales Reports.
| Activity ID | The Activity's unique URL as shown on flow.alphatiming.co.uk |
| Activity Name | The Acticity concerned |
| Booking Taken Date | The Date the booking was created |
| Booking Taken Date Time | The Date and time the booking was created |
| Booking Taken Month | The month the booking was created |
| Booking Taken Week | The week the booking was created |
| Bill Number | The Bill number assocaited |
| Web Booking | Returns the value TRUE if the booking was made via the web |
| Activity Amount | The total amount for the activity |
| Activity Schedule | The schedule of the Activity Format |
| Event Date | The date of the event |
| Event Date Time | The date and start time of the event |
| Event Month | The month of the event |
| Event Week | The week number of the event |
| Number of Events | The number of event associated with that Activity or Customer |
| Number of Participants | The number of people booked for this activity |
| Payment Method | The payment method used |
| Resource | The resource associated with this item |
| Venue | Shows the venue associated this data |
Activity Sales reports can use the following filters:
- Venue: List of venues
- Event Date
- Booking Taken Date
- Activity Format Name
- Resource: List of Resources
- Web Booking: Yes/No
