Voucher reports on Alpha Flow

Vouchers reports will show information to any vouchers that are on the system, both imported and created in Alpha Flow. A voucher report can have the following columns.

Active From Date	The date at which the voucher became active and able to be used
Active From Date Time	The date and time at which the voucher became active and able to be used
Active From Month	The month in which the voucher became active and able to be used
Active From Week	The week number in which the voucher became active and able to be used
Bill Number	The Bill number associated
Customer Name	The customer's full name
Email Address	The email address the vouchers were sent to
Expiry Date	The expiry date of the voucher
Expiry Date Time	The expiry date and time of the voucher
Expiry Month	The expiry month of the voucher
Expiry Week	The expiry week of the voucher
Product	Name of the Voucher Product
Purchase Date	Date the voucher was purchased
Purchase Date Time	Date and time the voucher was purchased
Purchase Month	The Month the voucher was purchased
Purchase Price	The price paid for the voucher
Purchase Week	The week number the voucher was purchased
Redeemable Online	Shows TRUE if the voucher can be redeemed online
Redemption Amount	Shows the amount on a voucher that has been used
Remaining Balance	Shows the amount on a voucher that has still to be used
Revocation Date Time	The date and time the voucher was revoked
Revocation Reason	The reason the voucher was revoked
Revoked	Returns TRUE if the voucher has been revoked
Revoked By	Shows the name of the user who revoked the voucher
Total Redeemed	Shows the total amount of what has been redeemed
Voucher Code	Partial or last four digits of the vouchers code

Voucher reports can use the following filters:

Purchase Date
Expiry Date
Active From
Revoked: Yes/No
Redemption Amount
Remaining Balance
Product: List of Vouchers
