Customers reports on Alpha Flow

A Customers report on Alpha flow will report on all the customer in your Customer database and any events they may be associated with. The report can contain the following columns.

First Name	The customer's first name
Last Name	The customer's last name
Company Name	The name of the company associated
Address Line 1	First line of the customer's/company's address
Address Line 2	Second line of the customer's/company's address
Address Line 3	Third line of the customer's/company's address
Address Line 4	Fourth line of the customer's/company's address
Town	Shows the customer's town/city
County	The customer's county
Country	The customer's country
Postal Code	The customer's postal code
Email Address	The customer's email address
Phone Number	The customer's phone number
Age	Age of the participant
Age Group	Age group of the participant (0-16, 17-25, 26-40, 41-60 and Over 60)
Gender	The customer's gender
Emergency Contact Name	The customer's emergency contact name
Emergency Contact Number	The customer's emergency contact number
Last Event	The date of the customer's last booked event
Last Visit	The date of the customer's last visit as a participant in an activity
Number of Events	The number of event associated with that Activity or Customer
Number of Sessions	The number of scheduled sessions in an event

Customers reports can use the following filters:

Venue: List of venues
Event Date (Compulsory)
