You can create Tags on the system to help organise your customers. You can customise the colour of your tag, which will show on a customer's profile.
Click the "+ New Tag" to create a new tag. Give your tag a name and select one of the 9 hues to colour your tag.
You can then add a label to a person, by clicking the Tag icon near the send message button on their profile:
You can then filter the people screen, by tags:
Once you have filtered your people list, you can click the Message button to then message the filtered list.
You can also restrict a person’s ability to enter an event by their tag. For example, you could create an “ARKS” tag that you apply to those doing their ARKS training, then create an event just for those drivers.
