Tags can be found throughout the system and can be used to identify customers, products or activities already within a category or group. Tags can be used can work in conjunction with reports, registrations and promotions.
The Tags page will also total up the number of Products (which includes Vouchers) or Customers that have those tags.
You can edit the colour of the Tags you have already set up and archive old ones that you no longer use on the Tags page.
Tags can be removed from a Customer, Product or Voucher by clicking the Trash can icon next to the tag.
Tagging Products
You can create tags for your Products by going to you Venue Settings > Venue Name > Products. Click on the product you wish to create a tag for; the configuration box (on the right) will allow you to chose an existing tag or create a new one.
Once a product has a tag you will be able to see it when using the Promotions configuration.
If required, the unit price can be entered to give a customer with the same tag the alternate price. Leave this blank to use the standard price and use the tag just to affect promotions and reporting.
