If a competitor who has paid for a Pit Bay would like to move to another bay, the original pit bay must be refunded and cancelled before the new pit bay is reserved and paid for.
STEP 1: Go to your list of pit bay reservations and click on the customer's name in the original reserved bay.
STEP 2: Click on the invoice number and then refund the payment to Customer Credit:
STEP 3: You will then need to manually cancel the reservations on the existing pit bay by clicking the Edit Reservation button or clicking on the Customer's reservation:
STEP 4: Set the bay reservations state to "Removed" or "Cancelled" and click the Update button:
The bay reservation is now cancelled and can now be booked by another competitor.
