Event Emails Communications

Underneath the bill of a booking in the column on the right is the communications panel. You can use this to send automated emails to customers from your email templates. The drop down will cycle through the email templates available to you e.g. a Food Menu for Party Events where you provide food, booking confirmations or registration requests.You can also edit the email address you are sending email to by replacing the address added by default (as per the customer's profile). 


The Registration link is also provided so a customer can self register for the event on their own device. They can however register at you venue’s Kiosks (if installed). 


Once every participants has registered they will be ready when they turn up on the day for the event. They will then appear in the Registrations for that event. Click on the image of a clipboard to easily add the link to your devices clipboard and paste to your desired location.


This will add the customer to your database, and if they have consented will allow you to send Marketing Emails or results emails.


Their information will also be imported into the Alpha Timing system so names do not have to be input manually and session results will then be recorded on the customer’s database too. This is useful for younger participants so can see their previous activities and lap times to help judge their competence level.
