Once you have logged in to Alpha Flow you will be presented with the home screen.
The left column of the Home Screen will show any scheduled payments that are due with details of the event and customer. Scheduled payments will be flagged as red for urgent and overdue; payments required soon will be flagged orange.
The right column will show any payments that have be made recently. Again issues will be flagged that may require you attention i.e. Payment Failures or when a Payment is still in progress.
In the top right of the screen is the system’s version number. You made need to refresh your screen to be on the latest version. |  |
A Red icon indicates a problem. Clicking on the icon will give you more detail on the connection. |  |
Below the connection status is a “Log out” button which will log you out of the system. |  |
