The web shop can be accessed using the address https://flow.alphatiming.co.uk/<your venue site name>/shop (replacing <your venue site name> with the name of your site - this is the same name used for booking and registration.
This will then show a list of products i.e. vouchers and memberships that have been enabled for purchase in the web shop, using the same styling as your online booking and registration portal.
Depending on the voucher configuration, the customer can chose the quantity or price and can then add the voucher to their basket. Once they have finished making their selections they can visit the checkout.
In order to complete the purchase of vouchers or membership, they must enter their email address (we will try to match this to an existing customer record). For vouchers the customer can optionally choose to send the voucher to a different email address, with an additional option of including a personalised message in the email. If the alternate email address is left blank the voucher will be sent to their email address.
Finally they can pay at checkout using your usual online payment method(s).
Vouchers and Memberships can be sold manually using the Point of Sale.
