Importing Championship Registrations

If you have already taken your Championships Registrations or need to import the drivers for a visiting series, contact the Support Team who can enable the option to import Championship entries. 

Create the Class and Championship first and then select Tools > import championship entries. 

From here you can upload a .csv file of your registrations. As a minimum your registrations need to include a first name, second name and an email address. The fields shown will be the fields included in your database and the championship entry form used for this championship.

Once you have uploaded the file to the system, you will need to map the fields in your .csv file to the fields in the system. If your .csv has the same headings as a previously uploaded .csv file, you can use the same mappings from your previous upload. Otherwise match the system fields to the appropriate headings of your .csv file. 

Once you have map the fields, click next to see a preview of the first few rows of your table to check it has mapped correctly. You can also choose whether to update the details of any profiles that already exist in the system. 

Click the Import button when you are happy and the system will start the process of importing and creating the Championship registrations. 

When successfully imported, you will will see a confirmation message and then a button to return to the Championship's overview page.
