Previously you could only setup the system for one calendar year at a time. With the concept of "seasons", there is a custom start date and end date giving you more flexibility for how your races are grouped together. These seasons are then named i.e. Winter Series 2022/2023 as an example which runs from November 2022 to March 2023. Or you could simply setup a season for the the whole year and just call it Club Championship 2023. You can then choose which Championships run within that season. Multiple seasons can run at once or overlap with each other.
Click on a Season to edit it or click the "+New Season" button to create a new one. You will need to provide a name for the season and set specific start and end dates for the season. Seasons will then be "in progress" if the current date falls within that time span.
You can also add a brief description of the season and add an image which will be shown to the competitor on the public Championship Entries page (shown below).
