The Club Management system has an integration with Stripe card readers, allowing you to take physical card payments at your venue and have the payment status automatically recorded on the invoice.
The recommended reader is the Stripe WisePOS E reader. You can order these through your Stripe dashboard.
To order or configure a terminal, log into the Stripe portal, then navigate to https://dashboard.stripe.com/terminal. (A)
Once you have one or more terminals, you need to configure them. First you will need a location - click "the docs" (B) link in Stripe's Locations section to find out more.
Once you have a location, click on it to add the reader
You can enable payments by Stripe Terminals by Heading to Account > Payment Methods and selecting your Stripe account. Click the Edit button and tick the box to enable Stripe Terminals.
When you next view an Invoice, you will see a new Payment method in the drop down called "Card Terminal". Selecting this will allow you to select a Stripe Terminal to process the payment.
If no terminals are found, make sure they are connected to the internet and click the "Refresh card readers button. If they are still not found, consult your Stripe online dashboard.
