The club management system has four conditions, that when configured, can trigger another action i.e. sending an email. These triggers and their actions are listed below.
- When a person enters a specific event, you can trigger the following actions
- Send an email to the customer
- Send an email to a specific email address
- When a person purchases a specific membership type, you can trigger the following actions
- Send an email to the customer
- Send an email to a specific email address
- When a person purchases a specific product, you can trigger the following actions
- Send an email to the customer
- Send an email to a specific email address
- At specific time before a specified event
- Send an email to a specific email address
- Send the signing on links for the event
Creating Triggers
To create a trigger, in the Settings menu on the left, go to Account > Triggers and click the blue +Add Trigger button.
Set the trigger condition and set the specified event (time), membership or product from the list.
Then select which action your would like from the available options, plus an email address if required.
Click Save Trigger to save your settings and activate the trigger.
A list of all your triggers will be shown on this page plus the details of how many times the trigger has been actioned. Click on a trigger to edit it and see all of the actions from this trigger.
