The System has templates it uses to create automated email, invoices and disclaimers.
To find the different template settings, click Account in the Settings menu on the left.
Then from the Account settings page, click the respective Temple name from the top of the page.
You will find default Templates for:
- Emails generated by the system like invoices requests, entry confirmation and sign on requests.
- Customer emails you can send from the system, like Award Ceremony invites.
- An Invoice templates (in CSS & HTML code).
- Disclaimer Template used when a customer signs on to an event (in CSS & HTML code).
These templates can be complicated to edit, so if you are not confident in editing code and need help please, contact the Support Team.
