Each activity has the ability for participants to register themselves to. This allows them to record their contact details, emergency contacts, digitally sign participant waivers and even watch a briefing video. This can not only speed up the check-in process by reducing the admin on their arrival, but also captures data that you can use in your reports on activity sales and if the customer consents, creates a large marketing customer base.
When a customer uses a bookings unique registration link (which can also be seen in the Communications panel) they will be shown which activity, the date and time it is to take place and the customer who booked the event.
You can see who has registered for an event by clicking the Registrations tab. Each registration will be divided by their booking. You will see each registered person’s name plus the customer category they have been assigned, based on their age which is also shown.
If the participant has provided their contact details these will shown in the middle and whether they would like the results of their karting session emailed to them.
You will also see when the participant registered and when they agreed to the terms. This may be a different date/time to when they registered if they have previously registered. Pressing the Email button on the right will allow you to email that customer e.g. resending results after a session.
Clicking on a participants name will load the signed waiver and give you the option to print it if required.
All registrations for all events will be shown on the Reception page which you will use on the day of the activity.
Below the registrations is the public registrations list link. If you wanted to share the registrations for this Activity you can click the little clipboard and add it to a Social Media post, or send it to an event organiser too see who has registered. An example of the above registrations are shown here:
