Activity formats are where you configure every type of activity at your venue. It controls every aspect of the activity from the amount of time it takes in the diary, what waivers and terms & conditions to use, the number of participants the activity can accommodate and whether that increase the running time of the activity, the prices to apply to each customer category, what resources it is available on, to its appearance on your website. There are also Online Availability Rules you can use to limiting sales of small bookings in peak times, maximise the available revenue of your resource.
Before you create an activity format you must have configured:
- Terms and waivers for registration and booking
