Re-registering and Editing Tyres with the Scanner

Re-registering tyres

An item that was used at a previous event can be re-registered for this event by tapping it (you will see the barcode be filled in at the top of the screen) then tapping the register button.  This is useful where a barcode has been damaged and won’t scan, but enough of the digits are still readable to enable the user to identify it.

Editing items

Items scanned for this event can be edited by tapping the item in the list on the registration screen.   This will bring up the following overlay:

The type can be changed by tapping the relevant button, then tapping the update button.  The item can also be unregistered or deleted by tapping the relevant button, and accepting the confirmation.
