Registering on Alpha for the First Time

The Alpha Club Management System is widely used by Clubs in the UK, Ireland and Overseas. With just one Alpha log-in you can register with any club that uses the Alpha Entry System. Use the club's unique registration URL (e.g. http://club100.alphatiming.co.uk/users/sign_in) to log in or sign up for the first time. From there you’ll be able to enter events, buy memberships and update your scrutineering. 

Registering with an Invitation Link

If you don't already have an Alpha Login but you are: 

• a member of Club that has moved to the Alpha Club Management system
• you signed up to the club in person
• you registered over the phone, or on the Club's website

You will be invited to create an Alpha log in via email.  

When you receive this email, please click the link in the email to start the process of creating your profile on Alpha.

When you click on that link, it will ask you to choose a password for your new Alpha login. Once you have chosen a secure password, it will then ask you to complete the details in your new Alpha profile.

When you are happy, hit the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Any compulsory fields that have not been filled in correctly will be highlighted in red. Please take a moment to make sure all of the details are up to date.

Once you have successfully created your profile you will then be able to use your Alpha login to register for championships, enter events, purchase memberships, and complete the digital signing-on process for an event.

If you need to make any changes to your profile, e.g. your email address you can click the Edit Profile link in the top right of the page.

If you already have an account with Alpha you will be able to log in with your existing Alpha login email and password, so long as the email address that the new club have on file is the same as your Alpha login. If not, contact the club in question stating what email address should be used for logging in to Alpha and this will be updated for you. 

If you are having an issue logging in please first try to reset your password. Failing that please contact your club's competition secretary (and not Alpha directly).

Multiple drivers

One account can have more than one driver. Parents should sign up using their email address and details then “add an extra driver”.  Once a driver is old enough to manage their own profile, it can be extracted to their own personal log in.

You should NOT add a person to your Alpha Profile who is a team mate or friend. Only drivers or riders you manage should be added here if they do not have their own Alpha Account i.e. a child or under 18, as you will be responsible for their signing on and payments.

Adding Team Mates or Co-drivers should be done at the time of entry by a Team Captain. Team Mates or Co-drivers can be invited via a unique link afterwards, removing the need for you to know the person’s email address, specifically the one they use for Alpha.
