Chief Marshals

Modified on Thu, 23 May at 9:58 AM

The purpose of the Chief Marshal is to manage the Event Staff, primarily marshals and trackside staff relieving the burden from Competition Secretaries and other officials.

The Chief Marshal can see the volunteers on the reception screen, check them in and mark them as a "No Show"; meaning that they were recorded as attending but subsequently did not report for duty.

They can also view the entry list of all Event Staff and their entry details. From here they can view the Event Staff's profiles. They can also:

  1. Send them messages.
  2. Remove their entry
  3. Mark them as signed-on manually
  4. Add notes to their entry
  5. Mark them as a "No Show"

This information is read-only access and a chief marshal is not able to update Event Staff's information on the system, except for their attendance at the event.
