Preparing the Club Management System for a New Season

When your race season has come to an end, you will need to create a new one before you can create any new championships or events. You must not edit an existing season, but create a new season. Once you have created your new season, you have the option to select which championships to copy over to the new season by clicking the "copy championships from other season" button. 



You can also create a new championship and added it to the newly created system. If you have any new classes for the new season, you will need to create the new class first, before you can create the championship.


If you use Memberships, you will also need to create a new membership type in the Account settings. Again you must not edit an existing membership type, but create a new membership


If you have online Pit Bay or Paddock space reservations you will need to create a new product that allows reservations for the new seasons reservations and allocate your new events, plus any Event Based reservation products.
