The search tab allows competitors and tyres to be searched. The results will include tyres used at all clubs that use the Alpha Scanning system. This allows, for example a used at another track to be identified.
There are two search options, barcode and competitor. If barcode is selected, then the full barcode to search must be entered. If competitor is entered, then a partial search can be performed, by entering at least three characters from the name, for example ‘wil’ will search for all drivers with wil in either their first or last name, but if ‘wil al’ is entered, then only drivers who’s first name starts with wil and last name starts with al will be returned.
The results are colour coded, with black tyres being for your club and blue being tyres from other clubs.
