Race sessions can be marked as "On Hold" or "Clear" in Parc Fermé for sporting and/or technical reasons. This can help you to keep track of sessions that are waiting on scrutineers or clerks decisions and when penalties have been applied. The status of a session can also be set by a Results PC, the Incident Management(more...) system and by a remote access web page.
The status will also be shown in the session list too.
- Clear - no penalties to apply
- Pen - penalties have been applied
- IM - penalties have been issued in the Incident Management system, but not applied.
- Pen - penalties have been issued, but not applied
- Held - the session has not been cleared by the officials.
Once penalties have been applied from the Incident Management system, the IM flag will clear itself to show no flag.
