As well as entry places and prices you can also sell tickets and passes for an event. Tickets can be added to an event at the bottom of the Event Settings screen. Tickets must first be configured in the Account settings before being selected in an event.
Click the + Add Ticket button to the select a ticket to add to the event. Each ticket type can have a preconfigured on sale date and end date (or they can be unavailable after the event ends).
Each ticket type can have a maximum purchase limit and have a mandated number of ticket purchases. For example you can set a maximum purchase quantity of 10, so that an individual cannot purchase more than 10 tickets.
You can also make it a requirement that all competitors who enter are required to have a ticket i.e. a paddock pass. These mandated tickets can also have a different purchase price. Leaving it blank will use the tickets default price or using zero will make the ticket free of charge.
You can also make a ticket require an declaration too, so that after purchase the person is required to sign a declaration.
Once added to the event the tickets can be purchased from a competitors profile page or without or logging in to the system via the public link to your Club's tickets page e.g. https://club.alphatiming.co.uk/tickets
