Profiles

Every person on your account has a profile which contains their basic information like name and email address, plus any additional information that maybe stored in your club's database. Some of their information may be stored in their log in profile which can be shared by many clubs. 


Whenever a person registers or is created manually in the system, they will be located in the People directory. Click on a person's name to load up their information. At the top of their Profile their name will be shown in capitals with an edit button to edit their profile and a send message button to compose a message to send to them.


Below their name will be some flags depicting what type of profile they have (Competitor, Official etc) plus any memberships they have (if applicable). Below this will be several headings which will show more information about this individual.

Details

The Details tab shows also the essential information like name and contact details, but will also show when they registered and accepted your club's Terms and Conditions plus any other field you have set in your Database. It will also show you their class/championship entry information plus any connected profiles like family or other drivers (if they race in any team events). To change a driver’s contact information click on the “Edit” button next to their name at the top of the screen.  You will then be shown a page where you can edit the driver information (such as name, licence  number, emergency contact details, PG info etc).

Online Order

The Online Orders tab will show all orders associated with that individual. You an learn more about orders from the Orders page.

Invoices or Bills

In this section it will list all the invoices or bills associated with that individual. You can also create a New Invoice for this person by clicking the button on this tab. You an learn more about Invoices or Bills from the Invoices or Bills page.


You can also generate a Statement of their account from this tab by clicking the "Statement of Account" button. Set the date range you'd like to report on and then click the "Generate Statement of Account" button to create the report. 

Memberships

If you use any type of Membership with you club, details of current and passed memberships will be shown here. 


You can add a membership to a profile by clicking the "New Membership" button and by clicking on the Membership number, see more details or edit an existing membership. If the profile has an active membership this will be shown under their name, next to their profile type. 


Entries

All of this person's entry information will be shown here. Clicking on an Event will take you to the entry list for that class, in that event. 

Equipment

If you have an Equipment Register on your account, the customer's Virtual Garage items will be shown in here.

Communications

This section lists all the types of communication that has been sent to the person. In the first column you will see when the message was sent from the system, followed by the type of message (email/SMS/Ap Notification) and the Subject or first part of the text in the message. You can click on the subject or message to load the full message contents. 

There will then be three columns which show when the message was delivered, opened by the recipient and if it contains any links, the date and time of when any link was clicked. 

Account

This shows the balance of any refunded credit stored on the person's account. This credit is unique to your club and is not shared between any other club that uses Alpha.

Merge

If you have a duplicate customer on your account you can use this section to merge the two profiles together. If the two profiles have different log in details you will not be able to merge them yourself. Confirm with the person which email they would like to log in with and contact the Support Team with the ID of each profile and the email address they wish to use, and the Support Team will arrange to have the duplicates merged.
