Scanning Reports

The Alpha Scanning PC App contains some reports relevant to scrutineers to monitor competitor's tyre usage. In the Scanning module select the Reports tab to find them.  The left hand side of the reports tab shows a list of available reports, with the report details on the right.

Scan log

The scanners capture details of all scans, including verification. The scan report allows a date and time range to be selected, and will show a chronological list of scans in that time range. The type column will show Registration for registration scans and Verification for verification scans. For registration and successful verification scans, then number class and name of the driver associated with the barcode will be shown. For unsuccessful verification scans these columns will be empty.

Restricted tyre usage

This report shows tyre usage across all events in a restriction group. Chose a class and a restriction group then click search. You will then see a list of competitors (ordered by name) along with a code for each tyre used at each event, as follows:

N – A new tyre

U – A used tyre

X – A tyre that is over that driver’s allocation.

This allows you to clearly see the status of all drivers, and if/when they have been over their allocation.
