Event Reports

On the right-hand side of an Events Entry list is a reports tab showing the available reports for that event or class. The types of reports that the system can generate are detailed below. 



On the Event Summary page you will have:

  • Financial Reports
    • Financials (Excel)
      This gives you a financial report for the total amount each competitor paid while entering this event, including any other events. It also creates separate tabs for the following reports that can also be exported in their own right:
    • Payments By Date (Excel)
      This report totals how much each competitor paid by the date they paid for the event
    • Payments By Championship / Class (Excel)
      This report totals how much each competitor paid by the date they paid for the event by championship/class
    • Outstanding Payments (PDF)
      This creates a report listing all the competitors with outstanding payments and the amount
    • Multi-Day Entries & Payments (PDF)
      This shows you all of the entry and payment information over multiple days
  • Entries
    • all entry data (Excel)
      This shows all of the competitor's information that was entered on the entry forms
    • Programme (Excel)
      This shows the competitor's Name, Race Number, MSUK Club, Town and Nationality plus if the Karting Fields are used it will show their Chassis, Engine Builder and Race Team.
  • Transponders
    • Hire Tx List (PDF)
      This will generate a list of all competitors that are hiring a transponder. If the transponders have already been allocated by the Entry System it will also include the transponder's short number. 
    • Full Tx List (PDF)
      This will generate a list of all competitors and their transponders both personal and hired). If the hire transponders have already been allocated by the Entry System it will also include the hire transponder's short number.
  • Competitor Information
    • Contact Details (PDF)
      This is a list of the competitor's email addresses and phone numbers, ordered by class.
    • Competitor Addresses (Excel)
      This is a list of the competitor's addresses
    • Licence numbers (PDF)
      This is a list of the competitor's licenses 
    • Medical Information (Excel)
      This is a list of the competitor's medical conditions (if included on the databse). It will also specify whether the competitor has signed on and if they are an additional driver (i.e. co-driver)
    • Memberships Report (PDF)
      This is a list of what membership(s) each competitor holds
  • Grids
    • Grids
      This takes you to the grid generator where you can generate copies of each class's grid generations 

  • Pit Bays (if configured)

    • Pit Bay Report (PDF)
      This shows a list of allocated pit bays for the event in PDF form

    • Pit Bay Report (Excel)
      This shows a list of allocated pit bays for the event in an Excel spreadsheet

  

If you select a class you will get the following additional reports:


  • Entries
    • Event form (PDF)
      This gives the entry list with notes and transponder information and also includes a list of those registered for this class but not in the event
    • Competitor List (PDF)
      This is a list of the competitors entered just for the selected class
    • Disclaimers (PDF)
      This will create a Signing-on Declaration (if a printed Disclaimer Template has been created in the account settings) with a list of competitor's names, ordered by class with a space for a signature. 
  • Exports
    • Export Class for Timing (TSL)
      This will create a file to be imported into the TSL Timing System for the selected class.
